Communication with Parents

In the first instance, if you have any queries please contact the school office by phone on 02083936406. Alternatively, you can visit our reception and speak to a member of our friendly office team. There is also the opportunity to meet with class teachers or Heads of Year at the end of the school day or arrange an appointment for a time that works for you.

We use an electronic system called Parentmail to communicate with our parents via email and text message.  This covers letters, newsletters and general information which are sent directly to your email addresses or phone.  We also use this system for any emergency messages we need to get out to parents via their text service, such as school closure due to bad weather or delayed return from school trips.  In addition we use this system for payments for trips, school meals etc and booking Parent Evening appointments.

We would like to reassure parents that Parentmail is fully registered under the data protection registrar and guarantees that all information supplied will be kept completely private and there is also no advertising associated with this scheme.

The school sends frequent newsletters to all parents, this will alternate between whole school newsletters and year group newsletters.  Letters and information will be sent to parents during the week as appropriate to the year group.  All letters to parents and newsletter can be viewed on the website and parents are strongly urged to take advantage of this facility.

You may wish to visit the Parentmail Website where you will find answers to most if not all of your questions and hopefully allay any concerns you may have.  Please remember, you will not be able to utilise the site fully without registering first, when you receive an email from ParentmailPMX, please follow the verification process and you will then be registered.  Please contact the school office if you have any questions regarding your parentmail account.

Please also see our Twitter account for latest news.

To ensure your contact details are up-to-date, please let the school office know of any changes to up-date/confirm your details.
